For a nice red to warm you up this winter, this stunning Otago Two Degrees Pinot Noir is the one to savour. It was awarded this year’s Royal Easter Wine Show Champion Pinot Noir Trophy, overtaking 200 other contenders for the prize. This 2009 Pinot Noir has a wonderful purity of fruit, it is a fuller bodied pinot with an intense plum and dark cherry note. The tannins are silky smooth and the finish goes on and on. But be quick – stock won’t last forever, especially not when it’s this good.
